WHO'S THAT GIRL? | AN INTERVIEW WITH KNITWEAR DESIGNER CLARE MOUNTAIN

In a world of successful startup stories and shiny social media profiles, you rarely hear about what it takes to make your dreams happen. I’m always so inspired by ambitious, talented women who follow their creative passions, and thankfully I get to meet and work with such wonderful people on a daily basis.  This means a lot of open, honest, career related conversations are usually shared - and I can’t begin to tell you how helpful this has been for my own creative journey.

I wanted to find a way to share these honest conversations here on Life Of Zola, in hopes that they would inspire others to pursue what they love, despite the uncertainty or resistance of daily life. So, today I want to share with you the first Who’s That Girl interview - a segment on the blog where we chat with these brilliant, creative women about what motivates and inspires them.

A DREAM AFTERNOON TEA AT SKETCH | LONDON, MAYFAIR

If we’re looking for a way to celebrate something special, afternoon tea will most likely be my answer. Unlimited tea, copious amounts of cake, and dainty finger sandwiches are some of my weaknesses - plus they're probably the quickest way to put a smile on my face.

THE DREAM EYE CREAM DUO BY LIZ EARLE

When it comes to creams dedicated to the tiny section of skin under your eye, I used to be a little sceptical. I thought they were another way to sell us something we didn't completely need, but would somehow become obsessed with for years to come.
Over the past few years, I realised I've been pretty wrong. The older I've got, I've developed a real appreciation for products that treat my eyes to the goodness they really deserve.
(I know I'm only 23, but that's 23 years since I was born, and that's a pretty long time if you ask me!)
