Yesterday I managed to get myself to a 9am service, which meant I had the rest of the morning to wander around a very sleepy London. I decided to head to one of the most beautiful spots in town, the very breathtaking V&A Museum. Due to it being pretty early on a Sunday morning, it was thankfully fairly calm inside. Oh the wonders of being awake before the rest of London.
If you hate queuing for entry to places during the weekend, I totally recommend waking up as early as possible. Yes, it's a little painful at the time, but in the long run it's totally worth it!
Plus, that's what the 4pm Sunday afternoon nap was invented for...right?
Anyway, to wrap up warm I opted for a thick turtle neck and this long, wool trench coat I snapped up in a charity shop for £8. Yes my friends, £8. Never underestimate the power of a second hand clothing shop!
